At HomeFix Technical Services, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Payments made for services are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
If a service is cancelled in accordance with our Cancellation Policy, eligible refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
No refunds will be issued for services already completed, partially completed, or missed appointments due to customer unavailability.
In case of service issues, customers are encouraged to contact our support team so we can resolve the matter promptly.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method.
HomeFix reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the nature of the service.
